myCurry Password Information
Overview
The MyCurry portal uses its own separate password. This password is not the same as your Curry Microsoft 365 password (used for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
If you are able to sign into Microsoft successfully but cannot access MyCurry, it is very likely you are entering the wrong password for the MyCurry portal.
Key Points to Know
1) MyCurry password is different than your Microsoft password
2) Where your MyCurry password comes from
Your MyCurry password was:
Originally issued to you when your MyCurry account was created, or
Reset by Curry ITS Support after a request
If you do not remember receiving it (or it has been reset since), you will need ITS to reset it again.
3) No self-service password reset (for now)
At this time, there is no self-service option to reset a MyCurry portal password. Password resets must be completed by Curry ITS Support.

Looking Ahead
Now that the student migration is complete, Curry ITS is evaluating moving MyCurry to a future model where Microsoft sign-in can be used as the login method. This is not available yet, but it is on our roadmap.
Related Tips
If you recently changed your Microsoft password, it will not update your MyCurry password.
If you are unsure which password you are entering, try signing into Microsoft 365 first. If that works but MyCurry does not, you likely need a MyCurry password reset.
