Microsoft Bookings: "User Has No Mailbox And No License Assigned" Error Message
Students may receive the following error message when booking an appointment through Microsoft Bookings:
We recommend that students take the following steps to successfully book an appointment:
1. Go to office.com and sign out of your student account
2. Close all tabs on your internet browser
3. Re-open your internet browser and go to the Bookings page you would like to access
4. Once there, sign-in with a personal Microsoft email account. Using your student Office account is not recommended, as these accounts do not include a mailbox. Alternatively, you can continue as a guest. If the guest option is chosen, your student email can be entered in the confirmation step.
